In practice, the GTP® Enterprise Module links individual transaction information with factual descriptive data, the function & risk analysis, the description of the business units involved, the industry descriptions, the market and country reports, and the arm's length analysis.
The GTP® Enterprise Module empowers the transfer pricing management team to involve other departments in the process of establishing a group-wide transfer pricing documentation. For example, the legal department may contribute statutory documents as well as contractual information on transactions; the controlling department could be assigned to deliver quantitative reports; and the HR department may have to contribute information on directors, authorized personnel, and expatriation cases.
